Darren Meade Restrained From More Than 50 People – Michael Roberts Suspect

Meade’s Day in Court

Darren Meade arrived late for court, escorted by his barristers, the Internet Bounty Hunters, Michael Roberts and Paul Portelli of Rexxfield. A hearing that lasted all but two minutes, Darren Meade was restrained from just about everything and everyone you can imagine, after papers submitted by Progenex and others (orders below), were sufficient to demonstrate Meade’s propensity for violence, stalking and relentless harassment.It wasn’t until Meade entered the courtroom that he was able to review the mountain of evidence filed against him for this Ex-Parte hearing, where upon 24-hours notice a judge will hear and, if evidence proves substantial, rule in favor of a temporary restraining order, pending a permanent injunction. TRO’s as they are called are rarely granted, where the burden to prove irreparable harm and immediate danger is very difficult. In this case, Meade’s actions, threats, and downright sloppy trolling, left breadcrumbs of evidence, including his IP address (68.4.198.188) traced back to his home, tied to repetitive defamatory online postings.

Actionable Behavior

Darren Meade’s termination by Progenex apparently sent him into a tailspin that knows no bounds or decency, where sources report Meade stays up all night drinking and obsessing about how to harm the company and its officers. By early morning, a barrage of obscure and often incoherent email rants and anonymous threats go out, even to company lawyers.  As evidenced in the complaint, Darren’s termination letter, which includes sexual harassment and a failure to disclose material facts related to his past, Darren became obsessed with Dr. Scott Connelly, resulting in a recent $2M judgement obtained against him by Connelly, This apparently added to Meade’s declining mental state, where he then turned on Progenex after being paid more than $83,000 for eight months of service. Connelly’s judgement forced Meade to take a loan against his Jeep Liberty to avoid a till tap on his property, but not before threatening to extort Progenex for $35,000.

Caught Red Handed

As an aside, Meade cannot show more than $800 in his bank account and must report nearly no income to maintain eligibility for Medi-Cal disability coverage. In this email, Meade confirms that he is committing insurance fraud. Interestingly, this same email was used to authenticate Meade’s home IP address (see red circle), matched exactly to the defamatory content he posted online, confirmed now by two host providers, includingwww.prhwr.com. Meade viscous and knowingly false, libelous content is now being removed from the Internet, with this evidence, along with copy of his restraining order.

Restraining Order Granted

The order bars Meade from the following:

  1. Appearing at or entering the premises of Progenex’s business office located at 3197B Airport Loop Drive in Costa Mesa, California 92626;
  2. Appearing within 200 yards of more than 50 people listed in Exhibit A (mostly investors, vendors and lawyers), including Ryan Page, Adam Zuckerman, Aaron Thomas and their immediate family members
  3. Contacting or interfering with Progenex’s ongoing business, including the following: a) Defaming Progenex by disseminating knowingly false information; and, b) Using Progenex’s confidential business information to contact Progenex’s investors.

Meade claims God is directing him to threaten people:

On February 20, 2011 at 4:09 a.m., Mr. Meade sent an e-mail to Mr. Page (Progenex’s president) stating:

“I spent time with God all day, and he led me to do a quick search at 3:30 AM

I may, courtesy of God, have a new pressure point on Roberts.  I will not know until I contact the Sac police tomorrow”

In this quote Meade is threatening to turn in the same Michael Roberts that came to court with him for murder and child molestation. Here are the emails:

Roberts apparently now supports Meade, even after Meade terrorized him and his family. Roberts goes on to beg Progenex management to move his family to a hotel in the middle of the night, fearing for their safety. Below are the text messages Roberts sent while frantic, along with emails asking Meade to stay away until they are gone. Notice that Meade threatens to sabotage Roberts and Rexxfield’s upcoming Fox News segment, where Meade and Roberts later conspire to snooker Fox by pretending Meade is a victim of online defamation, helped by Roberts. What irony!

What Does Meade Have On Roberts – Did Roberts Admit to Attempted Murder of His Wife?
It is suspected that Meade may be extorting Roberts and has something on him, although Roberts has admitted to being a member of an extremist religious group that Meade now proclaims his faith, so who knows. Did Roberts molest his young daughter as Darren claims he confessed, and is Roberts a suspect in a current murder investigation? Both are possible based upon court filings and related restraining orders against Roberts for domestic violence and assault, where his ex wife, Tracy Richter Roberts, posts pictures of herself bruised and beaten, and where Roberts was forced to surrender more guns than you’d find in DEA drug bust. Tracy posts evidence of Roberts transferring assets offshore and other dubious activities.

What is Going On Between Michael Roberts and Paul Portelli?

Why was Paul Portelli at the hearing?  Most bizarre considering that one of the key exhibits references Meade threatening to visit him at his house with a 9mm handgun, currently in the hands of Costa Mesa detectives. Interestingly, Portelli was almost arrested for storming the Progenex offices, stealing equipment and assault, before five witnesses.

In Meade’s email above, he references that he believes that “Roberts may have tried to take out his wife,” and also that “this explains Paul, Roberts fall guy,” alluding to suspicions that Roberts may be having a similar inappropriate relationship with Portelli, which has been alleged between Roberts the “other” young man Roberts mentored, Dustin Wehde, who Tracy Richter Roberts shot when two men broke into her home and tried to kill her. Did Roberts put Wehde up to taking out his wife? Was Roberts the other assailant?  (SEE THIS )

So you have Michael Roberts, the Internet Bounty Hunter, who Darren Meade threatens to report as a murderer suspect and child molester, who has been denied custody of his children, moving out in the middle of the night to escape Meade, and Paul Portelli, who Meade threatened to hunt down with a semi automatic weapon, as his witnesses, to somehow testify on Meade’s behalf??  The judge did not show much interest, to say the least.

Meade Sends Death Threats to California Assistant Attorney General

It gets better. Darren is also linked to making death threats against the wife of Progenex’s counsel using the alias Ezio Da Firenze, a well-known assassin in the video game “Assassin’s Creed.” Progenex lawyer, who is currently preparing for a trial this week against Zinc Solutions for Breach of Contract, was stunned  by this the ominous reference to an assassin targeting his wife, coupled with the fact that the e-mail concluded by saying: “You are among the chosen” and was signed “DRAGON”  The big issue here reaches far beyond common extortion and intimidation, because this lawyer’s wife happens to be a California Assistant Attorney General. She has since reported the details of Meade’s threats to her superiors, where an investigation may be underway.
